are osso buco and lasagna bolognese the same? i think they aren’t? if memory serves me correct. sounds wonderful, i’ve always wished i was italian. i love italian food so much. but i wish i’ve had more cultural influences on my life. most of my heritage is eastern eurpoean, so although i can eat bread, potatoes, and meat for days there isn’t a single dish that really stands out. besides stuffed cabbage, which is sadly nothing special however delicious it may be.
